Method of preparation
  1. Melt the chocolate in pieces with the cream. You can use a bain-marie or the microwave for 1 minute at most power. Then remove and stir with a spoon.
  2. If using the microwave, microwave it again for another 1 minute. Remove it and stir. Continue this process until the ingredients are all melted.
  3. Break up the panettone and place a layer in a bowl. Moisten with the chocolate syrup.

Method of preparation
  1. Cut the bread into large slices.

  3. Heat enough oil in a large skillet.
